You're definitely a way better programmer than you are an artist, that being said, I feel as if you could have done more with the backgrounds. The main character looks a little weird when he moves, I think he's out of proportion, and the movement itself just feels a little awkward, I don't know if you use the bone tool but it has a tendency to do that. The save option is great, as well as the free control of the gun. The hacking game seemed really weak comparatively, you should put more into making it travel on the screen less.
